TABLE INFORMATION
• $60.00 for one table and $45.00 for each additional table.

• Table fee includes: 8 foot table with nametag, chair and admittance for each pre-registered name. Tables must be maintained and “open for business” during all show hours.

• Dealers are required and responsible for their own table coverings.

• Items at the show must pertain to the Antique Hunting and Fishing Collectibles/Outdoor Sporting Collectibles theme of the show. To maintain the authenticity and quality of our show, please ensure that no more than 10% of your items are reproductions. Any reproduction items must be permanently labeled as such. We reserve the right to remove items and/or dealers who do not comply.

• No guns or new ammo will be allowed.

• 2009 dealers will have priority table assignments until December 31, 2009. After the December 31 deadline, we will assign tables as we receive them. We will do our best to honor any requests made, but we cannot make any guarantees.

• CANCELLATION: Notification must be made 30 days prior to show date or Marsh Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to retain table fees.
