2009 Dealer Information and Registration Forms Will Be Available by September 1, 2008.

TABLE INFORMATION

• Table fee includes: 8 foot table with nametag, chair and admittance for each pre-registered name. Tables must be maintained and "open for business" during all show hours.

• Dealers are required and responsible for their own table coverings.

• Items at the show must pertain to the Antique Hunting and Fishing Collectibles/Outdoor Sporting Collectibles theme of the show. No guns or new ammo will be allowed. If you have any questions please call.

• Table fee must accompany Reservation Form. Your reservation will be acknowledged with a confirmation postcard. Also, a Dealer Letter with more information will be sent to you in February.

• 2008 dealers will have priority table assignments until October 31, 2008. After the October 31 deadline, we will assign tables as we receive them. We will do our best to honor any requests made, but we cannot make any guarantees.

CANCELLATION: Notification must be made 30 days prior to show or Marsh Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to retain table fees.

FACILITY INFORMATION

• Facility offers ground level unloading.

• Security will be on duty overnight.

• Food and refreshments will be available for purchase.

• Free parking.
